Ambroxol

Prescribing Details

Description
Myrox ® is a preparation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride. It possesses both expectorant & mucolytic effects. It dilutes the thick mucus in the respiration track and facilitates excretion of it. It also increases bronchial secretion and decreases viscosity to make coughs more productive. Long-term use is possible because of good tolerability of the preparation.
