Oculax^®

Oculax^® Eye Drops is a sterile topical ophthalmic solution containing Glycerin, Hypromellose and Polyethylene Glycol 400. It soothes, restores and protects overworked eyes. Polyethylene Glycol 400 in Oculax^® increases the stability of tear film, Glycerin retains water in natural tear to help protect eyes from further irritation and Hypromellose prolongs adhesion, enhances moistening of the cornea and conjunctiva and allows for a smoother movement of the conjunctiva over the cornea.

Oculax^® Eye Drops is indicated for the symptomatic relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun and for protection against further irritation.

Adults and children 6 years and over: Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

There are no data from the use of this combination in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult with a health professional before use.

Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination. This prepara­tion should not be instilled while wearing contact lenses. Remove contact lenses prior to instillation this preparation. Do not use if this solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

Minor burning, stinging, irritation, blurred vision, stickiness of the eye lashes, swelling of eyelids and watering of eyes may occur following application of the drops.

This preparation is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of it.

• Store in a cool (15⁰C - 25⁰C) and dry place protected from light.
• Do not use after one month once the cap is opened.
